Jane Badler

Jane BadlerHains is a singer, writer, producer and actress . Raised in New York, Jane started her career after becoming Miss New Hampshire and participating in the Miss America Pageant. After studying theatre at Northwestern University she returned to NYC where she worked steadily as the go to girl for many commercials . This led to starring roles in the soap operas ONE LIFE TO LIVE and THE DOCTORS.

In 1983 Jane moved to LA to star in the NBC is-fi series V delivering a breakout performance as the seductive alien Queen, Diana. The show quickly reached cult status resulting her role for the two V sequels. Her acting career continued to flourish with roles in film and television including FALCON CREST, RIPTIDE, and MURDER SHE WROTE. It was the role of special agent Shannon Reed on a TV reboot of MISSION IMPOSSIBLE, however that led Jane to Australia and changed the direction of her life.

While filming in Melbourne Jane fell in love with Aussie business man Stephen Hains. They married and Jane had two boys. She continued to work in Australia as a series regular in CLUEDO, guest starred in shows like EMBASSY, BLUE HEELERS, FLIPPER and a stint in the iconic NEIGHBOURS.

Jane is currently appearing in two feature films to be released in 2022. FreeFall and the Australian film THE SURROGATE starring Kestie Morassie. Jane has just returned from the US where she produced and starred in the supernatural thriller THE TRIM SEASON.
