Filmmaker André Øvredal (SCARY STORIES TO TELL IN THE DARK, THE AUTOPSY OF JANE DOE) returns with his latest feature, MORTAL, based on ancient Norwegian mythology and head to home entertainment on October 7.

Star of the upcoming latest adaptation of Stephen King’s THE STAND, Nat Wolff plays Eric, an American backpacker in Norway who has discovered that he has incredible powers that seem to stem from ancient Norse mythology. Unable to understand or control them, Eric accidently kills a teenager and is arrested…but before he can be interrogated, he manages to escape. Now on the run, with both the Norwegian and American authorities after him, Eric must discover who, or what, he really is.
