Anne Rice’s MAYFAIR WITCHES Finally Premieres This Sunday In Australia
After a slight delay locally, Anne Rice’s MAYFAIR WITCHES is finally set for a two-episode Australian premiere this Sunday (April 2) on AMC+, with two new episodes premiering every Sunday through April 23.
Based on Rice’s best-selling trilogy, LIVES OF THE MAYFAIR WITCHES, the eight-episode series focuses on an intuitive young neurosurgeon, Rowan Fielding (Alexandra Daddario, THE WHITE LOTUS), who discovers that she is the unlikely heir to a family of witches. As she grapples with her newfound powers, she must contend with a sinister presence that has haunted her family for generations.
In addition, the documentary ALL OF THEM WITCHES, exploring the history of witches with in-depth interviews from experts, will premiere that same day as a companion special to the series.
In addition to Emmy-nominated lead Daddario, MAYFAIR WITCHES stars Jack Huston as Lasher, Tongayi Chirisa as Ciprien Grieve and Harry Hamlin as Cortland Mayfair.
