SCREAMS ON SCREEN This Weekend In Melbourne

RMIT Culture and SIGN at RMIT in partnership with ACCA and supported by City of Melbourne Annual Arts Grants present SCREAMS ON SCREEN this Friday 16 February & Saturday 17 February at The Capitol in Melbourne.

Friday evening plays host to a 10th Anniversary screening of Ana Lily Amirpour’s 2014 feature A GIRL WALKS HOME ALONE AT NIGHT accompanied by a panel discussion Provoking the Dark Desire: Women in Horror, selection of experimental genre shorts and live performance by Roman Tucker.

Saturday evening includes a 35th Anniversary screening of Ann Turner’s CELIA and 10th Anniversary screening of Jennifer Kent’s 2014 THE BABADOOK accompanied by an in conversation with Ann Turner, From the Other Side: Artists on Horror panel discussion and experimental genre shorts.

Tickets are only $10 per evening or $15 for both.
