Gregg Araki’s Newly Restored Teenage Apocalypse Trilogy To Screen In Sydney
Static Vision are bringing the all-new restorations of Gregg Araki’s ‘Teenage Apocalypse Trilogy’ to Sydney‘s Pink Flamingo Cinema this November.
That’s right, for the first-time on an Australian Cinema screen, you’ll be able to catch Araki’s newly restored features TOTALLY F**KED UP, THE DOOM GENERATION and NOWHERE.
As Sydney bids farewell (just for now…hopefully) to its beloved Pink Flamingo, Static Visions are honouring the occasion with a weekend-long festival running November 17-19 and have dubbed it ‘GOODBYE, PINK FLAMINGO‘.
In addition to the aforementioned, Static Visions are also programming an ‘uncut’ print of Ken Russell’s THE DEVILS and the latest feature, T-BLOCKERS, from Monster Fest alumni Alice Maio Mackay.
More programming will be announced within the coming week so stay tuned to the event here and Static Vision’s Facebook page.
