Foo Fighters’ STUDIO 666 Gets An Aussie 18+ Rating
You’ve read right, the Australian Classification Board have seen fit to deem the upcoming Foo Fighters‘ horror film STUDIO 666 an <R>18+ rating with the consumer advice of ‘High impact horror violence’.
Opening in Cinemas from February 24 in cinemas across Australia for One Night Only, STUDIO 666 follows the Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Foo Fighters, who move into an Encino mansion steeped in grisly rock history to record their much anticipated 10th album. Once in the house, Dave Grohl finds himself grappling with supernatural forces that threaten both the completion of the album and the lives of the band.
Based on a story by Grohl and directed by BJ McDonnell (HATCHET 3), STUDIO 666 also stars Nate Mendel, Pat Smear, Taylor Hawkins, Chris Shiflett, Rami Jaffee, Whitney Cummings, Leslie Grossman, Will Forte, Jenna Ortega and Jeff Garlin.
